Privacy
This statement describes how we process personal data on this website and documentation platform.
Controller
The controller for personal data on this documentation site is:
CoastLogic
Mario Krause
Elise-Streb-Str. 16

Purposes
Personal data is processed only as needed to operate this documentation:
- Publishing and reading documentation pages.
- Editor and administrator accounts, login, and password reset if those features are enabled.
- Session handling, CSRF protection, and access control.
- Storing images that editors upload into documentation.
- Receiving messages sent through the contact form, when that form is enabled.
Legal bases
Processing is based on GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (accounts and login), Art. 6(1)(f) (security, sessions, public documentation), and Art. 6(1)(c) where a legal duty applies.
Recipients
Data stays with us and our trusted hosting or mail providers. Your data is never sold.
Syntax highlighting currently loads from an external CDN. The CDN provider may see your IP address. Host the assets locally if you need to avoid that transfer.
The editor may contact a license server with the license key and this site’s host name. That does not run on public documentation pages.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists. Sessions expire according to the standard Laravel session lifetime. Uploaded images remain until an editor removes them or they are cleaned up as unused drafts. Server logs follow our hosting provider´s standard retention policy.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability of your data, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, please contact us using the details provided above or in our Imprint.
Cookies
Only cookies that are necessary for the site to work are used. Details are listed on the cookie page.
